What do I have to pay in case of damage to my vehicle?

In the event of damage, you usually pay the predetermined deductible amount according to the mobility policy, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through (gross) negligence.

Step-by-step plan

  • Check the mobility policy for the exact rules and amounts.
  • Take the type of settlement into account.
  • Report damages immediately once you notice them.

Additional information

  • The mobility policy states which types of damage are the responsibility of the employer and the employee.
  • For normal damage, the deductible amount is withheld or settled; in cases of intent or gross negligence, the full cost may be charged.
  • During final settlement and/or an (intermediate) vehicle inspection, stricter rules may apply if damages were not reported.
  • Report the damage via the form to Mobilitypower so the repair can be scheduled and the costs can be processed correctly.
