Take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles, note the location on the vehicle, and record when you first noticed it. For safety, also complete a one-sided damage report form.
Contact Mobilitypower as soon as possible via the designated portal or email address. Indicate that the cause of the damage is unknown, and attach the photos and the damage report form.
Mobilitypower will forward the case to the insurance company if a repair is required. The insurer will indicate whether an expert needs to inspect the vehicle or whether you can go directly to an approved repair center. Be aware of possible deductibles or internal rules regarding unexplained damage.
Visit the repairer assigned to you.
