Oops, lost something? Notify us in time and follow the steps below to know what to do.








Step-by-step plan

  • If you have lost documents or keys, inform the police so they can draw up an official report (PV).
  • If you lost your fuel card, contact Total to have the card blocked.
  • Inform us by completing the form.
  • Mobilitypower will inform you of the next steps or take care of them directly.

LOST KEYS

  • Contact the dealer to request a new key

LOST FUEL CARD

  • Contact Total Card Stop at 02 288 33 22 to block your card (keep the card number nearby if possible)

  • Notify us by completing the form

  • Request a new fuel card

  • Mobilitypower will order a replacement fuel card — costs may apply

  • The new fuel card will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks
