I forgot or lost my PIN — what should I do?

Contact Mobilitypower immediately to have your PIN resent or reset (if possible), or to request a new card.

  • Report the issue to Mobilitypower right away.
  • Mobilitypower will attempt a reset or will request a new card.
  • Keep your PIN safe and stored separately from the card.

  • Inform Mobilitypower so they can perform the necessary verification and check whether the PIN can be resent or reset. If not, they will likely need to order a new card.

  • Never write the new PIN on the card or keep it with the card, and do not share it with others to prevent misuse and blocking.
