- The ordering process is not initiated by the employee. HR and the Fleet department manage a list of employees eligible per budget category and they will contact you once you meet the conditions (e.g., seniority, availability within the fleet).
- Once contacted, you will receive an overview of the models available within your category. You select from this list and follow the ordering process through the designated platform.
- If you wish to visit garages or dealerships to view cars, do so outside working hours. Negotiating prices yourself is prohibited — this is handled exclusively by the employer.
- Delivery of the new vehicle happens only after you have correctly returned your current car. The employer also reserves the right to refuse an order in case of serious violations of the car policy.
