Step-by-step
- Have the card blocked immediately.
- Request a new card via the application form on the portal.
- The new card will be delivered within approximately two weeks (to your employer or home address, depending on the arrangement).
- Afterwards, store your PIN securely — never together with the card.
Additional information
- Call or email Mobilitypower right away so they can deactivate the card immediately and prevent misuse.
- Outside office hours: contact Cardstop as soon as possible.
- Mobilitypower can order a new card for you immediately. In most cases, you will also receive a new PIN code, which is sent separately.
- Once you receive the new card and PIN, keep them stored safely and separately, and never share these details with others.
