I lost my fuel card — what should I do?

Contact Mobilitypower immediately to have your fuel card blocked and to request a new one.
Outside office hours: contact Cardstop.


Step-by-step

  • Have the card blocked immediately.
  • Request a new card via the application form on the portal.
  • The new card will be delivered within approximately two weeks (to your employer or home address, depending on the arrangement).
  • Afterwards, store your PIN securely — never together with the card.


Additional information

  • Call or email Mobilitypower right away so they can deactivate the card immediately and prevent misuse.
  • Outside office hours: contact Cardstop as soon as possible.
  • Mobilitypower can order a new card for you immediately. In most cases, you will also receive a new PIN code, which is sent separately.
  • Once you receive the new card and PIN, keep them stored safely and separately, and never share these details with others.
