I can’t refuel with my fuel card — what should I do?

First, try another pump or fuel station. If it still doesn’t work, report the issue using the Mobilitypower defect form, including a photo, so they can investigate the problem.

  • Perform some basic checks.
  • Try another location unless the error message is very clear.
  • Still not working? Pay yourself, keep the receipt, and submit it through the expense claim system.
  • Report the faulty fuel card via the Mobilitypower defect form.

  • Check whether you are refueling at an approved supplier, if your PIN code is correct, and whether your card is still valid.

  • Clearly describe the issue you encountered, attach a photo of the error message on the pump display, and include the time, date, and fuel station location.

  • If you had to pay yourself, keep the receipt and submit it for reimbursement.

  • Mobilitypower will review your report and contact you if the card needs to be unblocked or replaced, or to offer an alternative solution.
