Clearly describe the issue you encountered, attach a photo of the error message on the pump display, and include the time, date, and fuel station location.
If you had to pay yourself, keep the receipt and submit it for reimbursement.
Mobilitypower will review your report and contact you if the card needs to be unblocked or replaced, or to offer an alternative solution.
