Who pays the invoice for maintenance?

Modified on Thu, 30 Oct at 9:26 AM

The invoice for the maintenance of a lease vehicle is paid directly by the leasing company, provided that it concerns approved maintenance covered under the contract.

Step-by-step plan

  • Maintenance must be carried out at an approved garage.
  • The garage sends the invoice directly to the leasing company.
  • Costs outside the leasing contract are your own responsibility.

Additional information

  • Only garages that collaborate with the leasing company will automatically and directly invoice the leasing company. You do not need to pay in advance or submit the invoice yourself.

  • Once the works are completed, the garage will send the invoice directly to the leasing company — you will therefore not receive an invoice personally, unless the costs are not covered.

  • If repairs or services are not included under the contract (e.g. damage caused by your own fault, a replacement car without approval or maintenance at non-approved garages), you must pay these costs yourself. When in doubt, contact Mobilitypower in advance.
